Since their first release in 2008, our Octomore single malts have challenged conventional wisdom about whisky making. Matured for five years, always heavily peated and bottled at natural cask strength, Octomore’s surprising elegance has earned it the description ‘a perpetual surprise’.
Octomore 14.1
Distilled from 100% Scottish mainland barley and peated at 128.9 PPM, Octomore 14.1 is just as youthful and dynamic as its predecessors.
Octomore 14.2
Octomore 14.2 uses the same barley variety and has the same phenolic content as 14.1, but the influences of wine and sherry casks give 14.2 a deep flavour change.
