Octomore
Since their first release in 2008, our Octomore single malts have challenged conventional wisdom about whisky making. Matured for five years, always heavily peated and bottled at natural cask strength, Octomore’s surprising elegance has earned it the description ‘a perpetual surprise’.
Octomore 17.1
Octomore 17.1 combines aromas of smoke and charred wood. The whisky brings together notes of vanilla milkshake, Scottish butter toffee and warm vanilla sauce, complemented by hints of pear sweets and malt syrup. (0,7L)
Octomore 17.2
Octomore 17.2 combines flavours of strawberries, blackberries and blackcurrants with a steadily building peat smoke. Peppery and earthy notes are brightened by lemon zest and lime oil, adding an extra touch of freshness. (0,7L)
Octomore 17.3
Octomore 17.3 reveals notes of salted caramel, smoked apple and toasted coconut. Earthy, charred peat envelops the palate with dry, ashy smoke, whilst citrus oils and salty notes provide freshness and balance. (0,7L)
Octomore 16.1
Octomore 16.1 combines intense peaty smoke with surprising finesse. Salted caramel, honey-sweet melon and apricot give way to chocolate and coconut, accompanied by a gentle wave of earthy minerality and lingering smoke. (0.7L)

Octomore 16.2 is a complex and rich whisky, with notes of caramelised sugar, roasted nuts and dried fruit enveloped in sweet campfire smoke. (0.7L)
