Cocktail ideas

Plum highball Drink mit Fee brothers

Plum Highball

  • 40 ml Japanese whiskey (e.g. Hatozaki Blended)
  • 15 ml plum liquere (e.g. Akashi Tai Umeshu)
  • 2 dashes Fee Brothers Plum Bitters
  • Soda
  • Lemon zest
Preparation

Add all the ingredients into a highball glas with ice cubes and top up with soda. Garnish with a lemon zest.

Rhubarb Gin Sour Drink mit Fee Brothers Foam

Rhubarb Gin Sour

  • 50 ml gin (e.g. Broker’s)
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 20 ml rhubarb syrup
  • 2 dashes Fee Brothers Rhubarb Bitters
  • 5 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam
Preparation

Shake all ingredients (except for fee foam) without ice. Then shake everything including  Fee Foam with ice and pour it in a tumbler glas.

Spicy Paloma

  • 50 ml tequila (e.g. 1800 Blanco)
  • 20 ml lime juice
  • 10 ml agave syrup
  • 2 dashes Fee Brothers Habanero Bitters
  • 2 dashes Fee Brothers Grapefruit Bitters
  • Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit
  • Grapefruit zest
Preparation

Fill a long drink glass with ice and add all the ingredients. Finally, top up with Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit and stir gently. Garnish the drink with a grapefruit zest.

Fee Fashioned

  • 60 ml bourbon (e.g. Buffalo Trace)
  • 7,5 ml barrel-aged maple syrup
  • 3 dashes of Fee Brothers Black Walnut Bitters
  • 1 dash of Fee Brothers Cherry Bitters
  • Orange zest
  • Maraschino cherry
Preparation

Place all the ingredients in a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir for 25–30 seconds. Then strain into a tumbler over a large ice cube. Flavour with an orange zest and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
